Returns and Replacement Policy

We hope your shopping was a good experience, your order was received promptly and your order was delivered safely and accurately.

Sometimes, however, we understand there are situations out of our control and/or errors can happen. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Damage during shipping

We understand damage could occur and we will replace your damaged materials as soon as possible. Simply contact us and be prepared to let us know what was damaged, the description or cause of the damage, your order number and full contact information. We will send you product return instructions on a case by case basis.

 

Loss of shipment

If you do not receive your package in the anticipated timeframe due to loss by the shipping provider, contact us and we will send replacement materials to you after verification with our shipping resource.

 

Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges

Book sales - are deemed final unless damage or defect was incurred during the shipping process. Disagreements with the contained message does not qualify as a valid reason for return and refund. We strongly urge you to read the provided web content prior to purchase.

Accessory sales - will be eligible for refunds, returns and/or replacement and exchanges.

You may request returns and refunds on new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will pay the shipping costs if the return is a refund or return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you simply want to return and item or exchange it for another item, the return shipping costs will be incurred by you, the buyer. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or added to your billing if it is greater than the original cost.

Also, the original shipping costs are nonrefundable on returns. If you receive a refund for your return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Sale Items

If you purchased an item at a discounted or sale price, you will be refunded based upon that price.

Exchanges for other items will be based upon prices current to the date of exchange request and not when the original items were purchased.
